DBTrail Cloud
DBTrail Cloud has been replaced by the open-core model, DBTrail EE and the Managed plan
The DBTrail Cloud managed service (and its hosted REST API and dashboard) has been retired in favor of a simpler open-core model:
- The open-source core is free, Apache-2.0, and self-hosted: streaming capture, the change index, time-travel SQL, recovery, the web interface, and the MCP server. Get it on GitHub.
- DBTrail EE (forensics, full RBAC, audit export, column redaction, and BYOS) comes with every paid plan, self-hosted. See DBTrail EE & Plans.
- The Managed plan is the successor to the hosted service: DBTrail operates the index infrastructure end-to-end while your production database and your data stay yours. See The Managed Plan.
